Refund policy
At 8har, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they arrived defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- The wrong item
- A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on your payment option.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
